Birthing With Love Private HypnoBirthing Courses are held in the comfort of your own home, either in person or on Zoom, whatever your preference. You decide the dates and times which suit you too.

When to start??

I recommend starting your birth prep earlier rather than later. This course will transform your pregnancy, not just your birth, so the sooner you start the quicker you can feel the benefits.

Any time from 20-26 weeks is recommended. If you are later in your pregnancy, we can condense the sessions, so no matter where you are in your pregnancy, you can still enjoy all of the benefits of a Birthing With Love course!
